Graduating from the prestigious BIT Mesra with a B.Pharmacy degree, Ajay Jha's journey began with a campus interview at Ranbaxy Group. Within just five years, he rose from Chemist to Factory Manager, eventually earning a position on the Board of Directors.

His international exposure in Moscow, Russia, CIS countries, and Nepal built the foundation for handling large-scale pharmaceutical projects and complex international business operations.
